All donations must be assigned to an individual, not a company or foundation.

Every donor must make a Birdies Guess AND answer a Tie-Breaker Question in order for their donation to be an eligible entry on a charity's Donation Report Form.

Charities may not assign Birdies Guesses for donors.

Capital Campaign donations are allowable when accompanied by completed Manual Donation Form.

Government Grants and Foundation Grants are not eligible Birdies for Charity donations.

Membership Dues and existing Pre-arranged donations are not eligible Birdies for Charity donations.

PGA TOUR reserves the right to audit charity's records related to Birdies for Charity to verify compliance with these rules.

Program Timeline

October 1, 2018

Organizations may register to participate
Organizations may start accepting donations (directly and online) once approved to participate by tournament offices

March 13, 2019

Final day of Birdies for Charity program
Organizations must send manual donation report in by 5:00 PM

March 14, 2019

THE PLAYERS Championship competition rounds commence

April 1, 2019

THE PLAYERS Championship will identify winner
